CCB fielded 3 Recurve and 1 Compound team in the winter postal leagues. The final results:

The compound team won their division (18), Recurve A won division 24, Recurve B came second in division 44 and Recurve C won division 53. [read]

On Sunday 20th May CCB emerged victorious in the annual Town vs Gown recurve match, winning by a small margin, the compound team also won, largely because the University side didn’t field any compounds. Similarly in the Barebow competition, the University were clear winners and only competitors. [read]

Thanks to all that attended, especially those who survived the rain Saturday afternoon.

Results are now uploaded and the provisional dates for next year are the 18th & 19th May.

There has been much confusion around our tournament and what tier it is, if any. It’s now been clarified and it’s a Tier 3 event!

Also, both days will each count as a single day competition. So, only one score for each day, regardless if you shot one session or two. [read]

Building on a successful December campaign all 3 recurve teams and the Compound team won their league fixtures in January. Congratulations and keep up the good work! [read]

Following on from the successes for The Compound, B and C teams in November the A team upped their game and all four teams won their December matches. Well done to all archers. [read]

Entries are now open for our tournament on 12th & 13th May.
This year we will also be offering cadet and master archers to shoot WA60 rounds.
